Two-piece drive shaft
I've got a 1972 F100 Custom with a 302, auto(C4- I think?), longbed truck and I need a two piece driveshaft. Where can I find one, or what else will fit. Also, I was told that the transmission might be an FMX because of the way the yoke bolt on to the tranny and rear end. Any ideas?

Measure your distances and check with salvage yard or driveline shops. A driveline shop can make or modify one to new specs and it will be balanced. Any used multi-part shaft will need to be balanced after the U-joints are replaced anyway.
