There have been a number of things that dealers have been replacing to try to resolve the issue. I'm not sure if any of them have actually resolved the issue.

There are several threads regarding this issue in this forum. Perform a search in this forum for those threads.

I Have A 2004 Reg.cab Xlt And They Have Not Fixed It In 5 Tries. I Think Ford Should Start Selling Them In Adult Stores As The Worlds Biggest And Most Expensive Vibrater. Only Fix Right Now Is To Buy A Toyota Or Nissan.

My truck has the driveline vibration 45 to 65 mph. New driveshaft, antivibration kit and reblanced tires 3 times did not help. I'm now going to the DSB to make Ford buy back my truck. Read all the old posting on driveline vibrations and steering wheel nibble.

The two popular search terms are nibble and vibration.
