Transmission Problem?

Transmission/linkage...
I own a '93 F150 5-speed I-6. I have 102,500 miles on it. Lately it has been squeaking during acceleration in the rear or under the truck. It has been getting worse in the past few days. It also squeaks and clunks at slow speeds. It occurs both forward and backing. We have been getting floods and rains here for the past month and do not know if that would be something that is assisting it.
The fan belt squeals each time I start it up as well, whether wet or dry. Please help on where to go from here!!!!

well, with the fan belt, it just might be rubbed smooth, not catching as well. for a quick fix, you could get some belt dressing, spray the inside of it. I'd change it if you can. not that it's taking away from your performance or anything. it's just kinda annoying. good luck with the squeaking!
