Sure. Comp cams makes 2 cams for the OHV 4.0L, as well a many for older 2.9's and 2.8's. Here's the specs for the 410, while here's the specs for the 422. These are the only 4.0L cams that I know of, I'm sure there are more though.
The 410 is supposed to be a good stock replacement, while the 422 is supposed to be a little hotter.
