P0174......
Can P0174 mean anything else besides the orings and cam chain tensioner? Im having the symptoms, but this work has already been done. The Autozone printout says that, "the pcm has determined that during testing, the fuel system for bank2 was too lean." Could a bad 02 sensor be causing a rough idle when cold? I also smell gas when I try to start it in the morning.

Yes, any condition that causes a lean condition can cause a P0171 or P0174. There is another TSB out for a faulty MAF sensor. A dirty MAF sensor can also cause the codes as well as any leak in the intake between the MAF sensors and lower intake manifold.
