What does a D7 axle code mean?

What does a D7 axle code mean?
Found a 73-77F350 supercab 2wd I believe it was at local junkyard and I wrote down the axle code in my phone and was D7J...I've heard J just means it had power steering or something like that or to do with front axle if it had one. But I remember hearing that the letter might mean its a posi or something since the code on the 74 truck I'll be getting was a 24J open 4.10 dana 60. Wondering if this D7 code means anything worth pulling from it to swap to the other one

I guess I answered my own question found a website that stated that a D7 is a locking 4.10 Dana 70 so I guess it wont work. Looks like theres 2 codes for locking dana 60 but they both say 60-3 instead of just 60...whats that mean?
