Starter problems
Had to get a mini starter for my 302 since the headers were burning the wire around it and I only had a pen head width of touching the headers (why me)...Hate to do it but SAFETY first you know....also had to install a coolant recovery system on the truck since the heat index is like over 98 degrees here...have the 54 grille on my truck now and will hope to paint it in the near future...

Welcome to the club. I had to do the same with the 302 in my '59. Curious though... did you have a question about starters? or were you just posting the info "FYI"?
