Hi Bob,

use a electric knife (T70P-42006-A) or a steel wire, insert the knife/wire under the edge of the glass. Cut the butyl seal as close to the inside surface. Don't forget to wear gloves. Have a helper sit in your truck, place his/her feet against the top of the windshield and gently, but firm push outward while you support the glass.
Be very careful, cut the seal nearly arround the whole windshield, if you use a steel wire cut slowly to prevent the break the wire.

To insatll the windshield you'll need the installationkit E0AZ-19562-A or a equivalent urethane installation kit and....od course a helper.

Once again, be very carful and cut the seal as most as you can...

good luck

Jens

If you got a chrome strip around the windshield, you'll be out there for a while trying to get it back in, because you have to make sure the rubber seal doesn't pop out while you're putting the chrome back on. If you do, try not to bend the chrome when you take it off, because it's going to make it harder to put back on.
