You might not get too many responses to this question since it's been asked so many times before... Thankfully, I personally have only needed to fill up the tank once since I bought my truck so I don't have any good numbers yet. The estimate from the group, though, seems to be everything from 12 in the city to 20 on the freeway with a tonneau cover.

(sold) 01 5.4, Offroad, 3.55LS, I routinely got 15, and when I was nice to it, 17. This was just commuting to school and work, no highway. Only add ons were K&N filter, synthetic oil, and a gibson catback.
