I have a 1994 f-350 single wheel with a ford 10.25 rear axle. What I am wanting to do is convert it to a duelly with rear disc brakes. Is it possible to convert this axle to have disc brakes or could i just get an axle out of a 2000 or so 450 or 550 with the disc brakes on it and bolt it in. What would be the best aproach to this conversion?

First of all, welcome to FTE!
Secondly, it is possible to get a newer style rear diff, remove the springs' saddles (perches) and reweld them to fit your springs and space them for your frame rails. Then all you would need is a morphed ujoint or just fab another driveline and you're good to go.
The speedometer and cruise control retrofit may be another problem, which I have no experience with.
As far as fitting your axle with discs brakes AND for Duals, it would be a chore, I'm afraid.
