Question Fenders

This topic hasn't been discussed in the last week so I'll ask the question. My body guy has recommended that I replace my front fenders (1954 f-100). Good used metal fenders are as rare as hens teeth. Most of the suppliers have repop fenders for sale. Has anyone used the repop fenders and are you satisfied with the fit and finish? Before spending large $$$$$ for fenders I would appreciate any input. Recommendations as to the best and the worst if possible.

Thanks in advance

Dave

I bought a pair from Obsolete Ford Parts, they seem quite nice. But I have yet to install them. I also bought the valence it looks perfect. I'm a ways from installing them, the cab is going thru repair first.
