Sorry I forgot to mention i have a 2.3 engine.I have heard that the 2.3 has non interference engine and it doesn't do any damage to the engine if the timing belt breaks.Does anyone know if this is true?If so I plan on waiting to change the belt at least to 100k.

They are noninterference but I would do it at 60k, it could break at a bad time/location.
