Hi Shooter and welcome to the forum
The transmission you need is a 4R70W.
It should bolt right in but you will need the PCM (computer), wiring harness to the transmission, flexplate etc.
You will also need a cooler and lines.
You'll have to remove the pilot bearing out of the end of the crankshaft.
The easiest way would be to find a donor truck at a salvage yard to make sure you get all the parts you need. Without that you will probably have a hard time finding everything you need.
Here it is..nigh onto impossible to find a truck with a manual tranny in it..and you are swapping an auto into it. Seems like it would be a lot simpler to trade it in for one with an auto and let someone who actually WANTS a manual not have to go through what you are just to ruin a perfectly good truck. But that's OMHO. If Ford doesn't make a truck with a stick anymore, then what I am driving will be my latest model Ford ever. And when it wears out, Ill start going back-wards in years to get what I want.
