Correct Pressure for a 93 Explorer?

Correct Pressure for a 93 Explorer?
I'm jsut wondering what the correct pressure should be for a 93 explorer on the High and Low sides with the AC on and OFF. I have a set of guages, but they don't do many any good if i'm not sure what the readings need to be.

just like a/c on anything else.....running low side around 25 30 psi on the high 150-200psi depending on the outside air temp of course, hope that helps.... don't do alot of automotive a/c mostly heavy equipment and farm machinery but the systems generall don't differ all that much.

Tahnks for the help, but one other problem. I had charged the system to the correct pressure on Thrusday evening. It was cooling well and the compressor no longer cycled. Friday morning and the compressor is cycling again. The pressure was the same when the AC was off, but when I turned on the AC the pressure went down to below the LPCO switchs threshold and compressor is cycling again. Any ideas on why it worked and then didn't?
