Where Is A/C Suction Valve

Have a '89 E150 conversion van with 4.9 engine with automatic. Attempting to locate A/C suction (low pressure) valve, but can't find. I know it's suppose to be between the evaporator and compressor. It's not the easist thing to find. Anybody know where this valve is located?

Check up under the cowl, under the windshield, just behind the hood opening. Just a little off center.

open the hood, remove the "snap in" air horn on the passenger side, then look at the firewall, above the throttle body, near the top of the firewall...
