They are probably all connected, but
#1-no horn
#2-no cruise control
#3-air bag light flashing
#4-light that indicates O/D off for E4OD tranny, not functioning.
Any body got a clue, did the basics and checked all fuses, and pulled codes and just E.G.R. stuff and T.P.S. and air pump crap. It is a 1994 F-150 4.9 liter.

1, 2 & 3: Buy a new clock spring. 4: buy a new shifter stalk as the wiring that comes out at the base below the dust boot is probably frayed and unrepairable. I've done 4 trucks so far and neither of these repairs is too tough. The clock spring was around $80 at the dealer and the shifter was $120. Make sure to disconnect the battery before taking out the airbag to install the clock spring unless you like explosive surprises.
