Used this on my '96 4X4. The front coils brought me up about 1.5 inches and it sits real nice. Drives much better also. They may have something for yours. You don't say 4X2 or 4 but at least it would be worth a call to Rough Country.

http://go2rdsi.com/racing/ford/fordranger.html I ordered the kit with the coil spacers and the add-a-leafs. I'm hoping to get it on my B-day (11th). They're pretty cheap. I was talking to a guy at the ranger station who ordered from here, and he said that his add a leafs were superlift brand, but they came in a different box, so there stuff must just be opened box stuff or somthing like that. But they were in perfect shape, and fit great.
