Audiophile Sirius Install
I have a 2004 Explorer with the Audiophile system upgrade. I wanted to install Sirius in the truck, and realize that I can just buy a seperate tuner, run the wiring, and connect it to head unit. However, this would be a permanent install. I am interested in installing one of the Plug and Play units in the truck so that I can take the unit with me for use in my home.
Does anyone know of a way to hook up the PNP units to the factory head unit, through the SAT/AUX button, so that I can run direct without going through an FM modulator? I think the sound would be much better.....

You can purchase the SAT system thur the a Ford dealer and it will hook right into the head unit from Factory. So you have the SAT button on your audiophile radio. Call Team Ford of Marietta if you are in the Atlanta Area.
