has anyone converted to electric windows and locks from maunal

Just get all the parts you need from a junkyard and get a haynes or chiltons manual for your truck. It isn't that bad really.

Its not all that hard, though more time consuming than anything. I have done a few, and what I do, is get the parts of a donor truck and remove them myself, As for the plugs, they will not fit throught the holes, you need to remove the harnes from the plug holders. I alway draw a map of the plug first, so as to know were every wire goes. Since the window/lock harness is separt, from the other harness, this is an easy upgrade.
