Steering Problem
This is regarding a 2000 F250 Superduty. Problem started a few weeks ago. Usually happens within the first 20 minutes of operation. Will be driving along and suddenly the truck's front wheels feel like they are wobbling side to side and you feel like the truck could go off the road. Lasts about 5 to 15 seconds and then goes away. Not a safe feeling. Sometimes it may happen later in the day occasionally. The front wheels feel like they are flopping from side to side. Dealer replaced drag link arm and end, set alignment and replaced the power steering pump. Problem continues.This is not a continuous wandering or tracking problem as mentioned in some previous posts. A related problem happens sometimes when you are going very slow and step on the brakes the steering wheel becomes just about impossible to turn. Will be going back to the dealer but not sure they have an answer. Have had this truck since new plus other Superdutys. First time with this problem. Thanks

I had the same problem on my 2000 f-350 4x4 after I flushed the powersteering system. It started wobbling in a turn when I hit a bump or pothole. I put in garage and jacked up front end,then turned steering wheel from stop to stop several times to bleed out air.It seemed to fix the problem.I dont know if you did any maint. on truck to induce air in system,but not hard to try.
