Mar-k has lots of bed parts, bed sides, wood, ect. for stepsides, but no stock style tailgates. Dennis-carpenter has the stock tailgates (oem tooling I believe) and other sheetmetal (fenders, cab parts, ect) in both oem and repop (I'd spring for the oem). I don't know if the glass fenders are available.
I havn't delt with mar k yet, but I've heard good things. I know dennis carpenter stuff can be pricey, but is well worth the quality, and often the only place for hard to find items.

I know you can get everything but the sidewall panels from MAR-K.com. Try a junkyard for used parts. If you live near Rhode Island, I have an extra bed sitting in my back yard....
