man there aint alot of yall lowering ure trucks huh....can anyone tell me if it is easy enough to put lowering shackles on the f150 rearend or should i pay 120 bucks to have it done?

I wouldn't pay anyone $120 to change leaf spring shackles. It's not very hard to do, though I've never done it for the purpose of lowering anything. You may need to put shorter shocks on it too, depending on how much you're lowering it..
