IMHO I would agree w/ William ... 166K miles is OK for FE as long as it's been cared for w/ regular(every 3k miles) oil change w/ filter. I would question whether you have a real problem or not ... also, the radiator cap is the cheapest place to start. It may simply be pushing extra coolant out as William suggests. If it's not overheating then what the heck. I know you've got "low" readings on pressure in 3 & 8 but again, is it causing a problem?
