I used the black screen from HomeDepot ($4.95). Take the grill off and cut it to fit from headlight to headlight, snap the grill over it, and trim extra. It took me about 10 minutes. I've had it in for a few weeks now and you wouldn't belive some of the stuff that if has kept out.
I have always done this to all my trucks,, This time i used Aluminum screen from Wally world,,Take the grill out cut the screen extra big, poke holes for clips and screws put screen on inside of grill reinstall and then trim around the outside,15 minute job at the most, you wouldnt believe the stuff that the screen catches. I wash my truck weekly and have never found the screen to be plugged up, some folks have suggested that could happen. I live in the country and BELIEVE ME the bugs are TERRIBLE,,, $6.00 well spent i think..
