Downpipe question
Need a little help here. I'm replacing the exhaust system on my PSD soon. Been looking around, but no 3.5" downpipe available so far, just 3 and 4". Anyone have a good source for me? Preferably west coast area. Thanks

Since the outlet on the turbine housing is 3", going to 4" might not be necessary, unless you're planning some major modifications in the future. Hypermax makes a 3" downpipe that bells to 3.5" once it clears the firewall. If you want to expand to 4", simply add a "reducer" to the end, and you're ready to go. One nice thing about the Hypermax is that it's only about $130. At least that's what I paid for mine.
There are not provisions for keeping the cat in place with a Hypermax. Just something you ought to know if you plan on keeping it.
