air bag light
I have a 1999 mercury mountaineer with only 52000 miles on it. My air bag light has come on but all the other electronics work great including the cruise control and everything else, any suggestions on the problem

The air bag light should flash a code on startup. Count the flashes, they should come in two digit codes and repeat 3 times (flash flash pause flash flash flash pause repeat). A 36 or 37 usually means a broken wire on a connector beneath one of the front seats. Good luck.
