Ground the rivits out on their frame and replaced them with bolts as the TSB for early to mid 90's Fords says?

My 1993 has the creak that the TSB talks about and it seems like it's mostly the frame member under the front of the cab that creaks the most.

Thinking about doing this, but thought I would ask around too.
