Selling my 83'
Hi all,
Well the wife road in the 04' F350 today and says it's the one. So it's time to sell the 6.9.
I posted a bunch of pictures in the Galleries.

The truck has just over 104,000 I got it for the original owner, he lives up the street from me. It took me 12 years to talk him out of it. He pulled a 24' 5th wheel and I pulled a 25'.

I want $5500. it's worth that and more.

gasmileage
Hey Tinsmith, can you tell me what your gas mileage was with that 6.9 ?

I have a '83 F250 regular cab I want to convert to diesel and I'm wondering what mileage I can get.

Hi,
I was on a trip a week ago, pulling a trailer 1500 miles. I got around 11.5, but I have since turned up the fuel control. So I'm not sure what it will do, but 15 is a good number that it should do.
You might consider putting a 12 valve cummings in it instead, it works and has better power and mileage. And it fits better!

Is this the same truck that you asked all the I'm having problems questions? If so what did you do to repair this truck?
