Rapid deceleration noise
My 2004 6.0 PSD, automatic, makes a noice when you rapidly decelerate, it makes the same noice and has power surges right before it shifts down from drive going uphill. Dealer said it is "normal" and is back flow from the turbo vanes through the air box. He referred to a service bulletin which so it was normal. Anyone else have this issue?
