Well, I made the full trip from Berwyn, PA to Wickenburg, AZ and back again. I went out with a loaded Expy on my Exiss Trailer. Total Weight should've been around 8500# for the trailer part. I then loaded a bunch of dirt bike stuff and tractor parts in the back. Total rig weight should have been around 17500-18000# on the way out. I made it out in 2.5 days. The only problem I had, to recap, was that near the end of the trip a little oil started to come out of the plastic tube linking the intercooler to the engine intake. It turned out that it was PCV blowback. I took it apart in AZ, cleaned it out with solvent, blew it out with compressed air, and retightened the clamps. I also changed the oil (Motorcraft 15w40). On the way back we were basically empty except for a different dirt bike in the back. We went mostly 70-75 and we had no problems at all. Tow-Haul is great for descents.

This is a February 2004 Engine (2/17/04), Trans, and Chassis for an F350 CC 4x4 XLT FX4. I am pleased with its work so far. With the trailer setup, here are my MPG stats (I keep a fuel log in Excel):

Worst: 10.4
Best: 16.8
Average: 13.8

For the entire truck's life:
Worst: 10.4
Best: 19.8
Average: 14.7

I haven't had it on the western highways totally empty yet, but I'd expect it to shoot up to to 18-20 range. Hope this is helpful to y'all, particularly newbies.
