DOPE ON HEADERS
Okay guys, I had my wife call for us since I was at work and couldn't. She called Mid Kansas Diesel talked to the salesman and we have headers.... the price for the headers is $550.00 if you want the complete exhaust including headers (both pipes exit on right) the price is $850.00 plus shipping he says this price is the same whether it is for a 4x4 or 2 wheel drive 6.9 or 7.3 also for X-brands 6.5 the address is Mid Kansas Diesel Salina Kansas phone # 1-800-745-2103 John

DOPE ON HEADERS
I have also looked into adding headers to my 7.3 lately. I have a buddy that also runs the 7.3 in his truck. He has already done the swap to headers and put a 3 inch exhaust with flowmaster mufflers on his truck. It has made a very noticeable increase of power and torque in his truck. The best place I have found for these headers is Stan's Headers in Washington. These are the headers that we put on my friends truck and they came chrome plated if memory serves correct. The price I was quoted from them is about $425 I believe. They also sell the complete exhaust but only go to a 2 1/2 diameter ( I believe Stan's quoted a price of $350 for the complete dual exhaust minus the headers ) . We used the 2 1/2 on my friends truck at first and switched it to a 3 inch exhaust recently. It made a difference on his truck. The number for Stan's is 253-854-5310 or 253-850-1835
