LOL thanks, i am not sure though about the "offline meeting" thing?? how will we all get together as we are spread pretty wide throughout the state? any help would be greatly appreciated
It would be next to impossible to get North, Central & Southern Florida together. Definately too wide-spread.
Not really sure how to drum up off line meetings other than picking place like a car show, trying for a picnic or something like that, post it here in the Fla. Chapter and see who can make it. There's quite a few FTEr's from your area so maybe you guys could plan a meet at Biff Burger or something similar.
TheWiz & I just met over in St. Pete May 21st at Biff Burger for the Friday night car show. Had a great time and good food to boot.
Hopefully once we all figure out how this thing is suppose to work, things pick up.
We've been trying to arrange a get together on another thread anyway. We have to put something together. I bought chapter shirts!
Does sit take a quorum, a simple majority or are we voting for a specified pewriod of time before declaring James the winner? I know I keep asking all these technical question, but I'm into this political stuff.
I think that TheWiz should set a time limit since he's the current Moderator. I know the original deadline for election cut-offs was something like 5/15/04, but this being Florida and our exceptional voting habits, I think Ken would allow most any vote extension. I'm sure he wouldn't want the hassel of having to have the Supreme Court step in to elect our leader.
okay you sun shiner's but sure to punch your ballant all the wa.....oops i'm sorry that was last year...now look at your computer screen and be sure that you...... sorry could not resist
I'll give it another 24 hours and then end it. As for the smart ***'* that add their two cents worth in go back to your own chapters.
hey , i meant no offence, Wiz, no need to get riled about something that got national attention, that was not the fault of the people that live in fla.
it was a joke, i was just kiddin, jeez o petes..if you took it personally, i'm sorry...
