'68 or '69
So here is my dilema I picked up a '68 f 100 for nuthin' and a '69 f 100 for a little bit of nuthin'. the '68 was going to be a project truck but the thing sat for 3 years now I have a '69 that was recently rebuilt and sat for a year(360 in both) the only thing I know about the transmissions are that the 69 has granny low (man) and the other is geared really low (a/t). Both bodys have something to offer and both frames too the one problem ($200 later) the 68 engine is going to need to be re-built. I guess my problem is do I want to go for the 68 nor 69 frame and do I keep the body panels together or am I going to loose a lot by intermixing them. the VIN #'s are very close meaning that they came from the same factory and came stock the same way other than A/T and M/T. Any advise would be a help
