Redrider,I went with the 6772 Complete AC unit from oldairproducts.com and I really like the system.There are many others to choose from.Do a search on the HVAC or Aftermarket forums and you will find more options.

a/c unit
I have a through the firewall unit that I am selling that would probably fit. I bought it for my 55, installed it but never hooked up the air. Went with a hotrod air unit instead. It is a defrost/heat/a/c unit that looks like a small heater box. Does not have the compressor, hoses, drier, condensor. Just the evaporator unit and controls. Only asking $50.
