You don't give the year of your truck. I have info on 1995's
From factory 1995 factory manual:
Front on 4x4:
Shackle bolts 120-150 lb-ft
Spring eye bolt 120-150 lb-ft
U-Bolts 85-120 lb-ft
Rear without overload springs (spring on top of axle tube, u-bolt nuts on top)
Front spring eye bolt on rear spring 83-113 lb-ft
Rear spring eye bolt on rear spring 141-191 lb-ft
U-bolts 141-191 lb-ft
Rear with overload springs (spring on top of axle tube, U-bolt nuts on bottom)
Spring eye bolts, both ends 157-212 lb-ft
U-bolts 141-191 lb-ft

Duh...yea it's an 04...120 on the front?!...no wonder it's "clunking"...they are at 25-30 right now. What is going on with Ford?

There are a number of threads on this issue........let us know if it cures this problem.
