Stumped with CD problem

I have a 2000 explorer with the Premium sound sys,.when you load the CD's in to the player the CD's jump in and out and then it wont take it.I've cleaned the sys. and it will work when it wonts to. I need help or a gun to shot the sys.

it will probably be cheaper just to get a new head unit then get that fixed. Maybe the eject button is stuck down?
