Basic Mods for 03 4.6
What are the basic most effective mods for the 4.6 in a 2003 F150. It allready has a DynoMax catback on it. Are pullies, maf, k&n, headers, tb, or a chip worth the money for the truck engine? Also does the truck engine come with PI heads or non PI head. My knowledge is in Mustangs my brother just got a new truck and I have to make it out run our cusins new chevy truck its has the smaller V8 whatever it is.

All 2000-up have the PI heads.
I would install the high flow air intake, headers, and get a programmer like a Superchips #1715. I wouldn't bother with the MAF, it's big enough, maybe a 75mm TB though.
4.10 gears would help too.
