leaking diesel
I've had an on and off diesel leak for a year
I just can't find where its coming from.
Are there any places where it could be coming from that I can't see from the top? leaks alot to nothing at all

if on top of the motor, i had mine leaking at the angle fitting that goes into the back of the head on the drivers side, same thing, leak one day then not the next, replaced the orings and it all went away

looked at angle fiitings, could be. could not be. will try to feel for diesel leaking when i go out. Can i get o-rings anywhere besides Ford?
everything is damp with diesel, nothing is clean enough to say there it is
what parts do I need to buy before I take off turbo if I decide to just try and replace all the gaskets, orings etc to stop this leak. Books I have on this truck really suck.

be sure to check the fuel filter sensor on the top right side of the fuel filter. has a wire attached to it. Looks like an oil pressure sending unit
these leak real easy and cost about $55 at ford. Put your finger under the wire with the engine on and you will feel diesel there if leaking.
Mine was leaking earlier. didn't have $55 so I bought a brass plumbing plug for $1 and no more problem
