Edelbrock Throttle Body

Edelbrock Throttle Body
I have a 2000 Ford F-150 with a 4.6. I was thinking about installing an edelbrock 75mm throttle body. I'm wondering if anyone has any advice to whether i should put one on or not. I am also wondering if i would have to change any settings with the Mass Airflow Sensor or Computer.

No changes are needed when changing throttlebodies. I would unhook the battery while changing it to reset the computer so it can learn the new one faster.
I have read that on a 4.6L Bullitt Mustang that the larger throttlebody had a little better throttle responce according to HotRod magazine.
