My truck has officaily been violated....well my new swb,i put on two coats of primer the day before the violation. well, heres the story, so im biking home from school and what do i see when i get close to my place, A PREP with a bat standing next to my buty ,when i get close i jump off my bike and get ridd of my back-pack and run towards the guy,the closer i get i start to recognize the guy,the guy is a guy i beat the living crap out of in my old school last year,well he starts to swing the list of stuff to replace:
-front winsheild
- driver side:
door,window,mirror,front fendrt, lights,back window
- all of the bezel
bumper needs help
and some other things,well after he thru the bat down i went and firemens careid him(was a wrestiler all my life) and droped him on the ground then get over him and started punchin,one punch two punch three punch,a totle of ten punches i thru before the cops took me off him,all i said was that he baet my truck and he swung at me with the bat,and then he was hand cuffed,even though he was KO he didnt wake up for two hours,i broke his jaw,nose and cheak and some how some of his ribs,well i am not in any trouble he is getting cjarged with attempted assult and property damege....well thats my story,tell me wut u think,do i have anger problems,did i over react,u tell me,thx all

didn't the moron learn anything from the year before? some people you just can't reach. I agree with likemfords, you should of got at least another 30 min.

 

So what's the status now? You got insurance that's gonna pay for the repairs, or what? Hopefully the Judge'll be a truck owner, too, and will make the guy pay, too!

 

just bought the truck monday,no insurance,imaybe i should have got more time,but i orderd up a whole lot of parts about an hour ago,expensive!!!!!!!!!!thx guys

If you just bought the truck a day or two before the beating AND you had insurance on some other cars you own the other insurance will automatically cover any new cars you buy for a few days till you can get in to put the new truck onto the existing policy. That's the way State Farm does it anyway.

If the truck was in front of your house your homeowners policy might help you out.

If nothing else works out be sure to get a complete paper trail of all this and you can take it off your taxes next year. Don't forget to add in your labor.

I guess this is part of evolution. Because if it was me, I would not even have walked down the street you lived on to avoid a fight, never mind doing something as stupid as destroying your truck in front of your house where everyone could see me do it.

Does not sound like you caused any permanent damage, so I think what you did was 100% justified. He got the beating he deserved. Though something tells me this person is too stupid to learn from his mistakes.

 

I don't think fighting is right, BUT i do think a man has the right to protect himself, family, and his property. Just my 2 cents

 

I'm glad you were there to catch him.. Sounds like the beating wasn't enough with only ten or so punches. Maybe you can sue him for property damages. But than he'll try to sue you for something he deserved. Can't win........

 

You probably did the right thing but next time someone in a ski mask jacks this guy everyone will suspect you.
In light of this, DO NOT order any homosexually oriented pornographic material and have it sent to his address. This could cause him to get on every seedy mailing list in the world.
DO NOT remove any drain plugs from any of his vehicles, and especially don't disconnect any sending units if you do.
DO NOT release any biting or stinging insects into this guy's car or house.
DO NOT engage in any solicitation of adult nature on his behalf, especially with any "contractor" with an STD.
DO NOT leave a water hose running in his vehicle with the windows rolled up.
DO NOT advertise his phone number or address in your local free "bargain" newspaper, especially related to cotroversial items for sale.

Most importantly, DO NOT beat this guy at every opportunity.

be sure to show up in court, and also request a restraining order against him, if you can talk to the D.A. get him to order a phyc exam, next take a gun class and get a ccw permit....because the next time he comes back he won't have bat... this guy wants to get even with you. take precautions now.
also set up a video camera with a good mic on your property, pics are great evidance. cover your six...........don't talk to him , just call the cops he may try to set you up.... just some advice. don't want you to end up

 

I wouldn't have let him go that easy. After all my truck is my baby!!!! I say you should have went after him again!!! I know the cops let you go while they put him in cuffs. I would have went for more punches then. Way to go man. BTW. Don't touch my truck!!!!!!!!!

 

Pure and simple, you're my kinda guy. But that doesn't cover the retarded legal system . File as many charges as you can think of ASAP. You could end up being the bad guy..
