96 250 deisel leaf springs

I am interested in replacing the front springs on my 250 deisel, I am putting
a plow on the front this winter. I am also looking for a spring that will lift the front 2 - 3 inchs.with out replacing the shocks, if I can. I also need shackle bushings, any recomendations?

I took my truck to a front end shop and they pulled them off and rearched and added a leaf, the added leaf adds about an extra 1800lb capacity they said, and it leveled out my 97 f250.
