removing transfer case yokes
is swapping yokes from a np208 onto a BW1345 an easy job?
I have access to a impact wrench.
I got a bw1345 from a 3/4 ton truck but the yokes are a little larger than the ones on the bronco.

If the yokes will even fit.... it's not to bad to get them off, your best bet is to have someone hold the yoke with a huge pipe wrench and you try to impact it off, or try to get it off with the breaker bar.

You can also lock it in gear to hold it. This way it can be a 1 man job. Make sure you have a thin enough socket. I went to sears and paid $17 for a socket, only to find out that the walls are too thick. I ended up borrowing a snap-on. Ted
