Onboard air 6.0L
#17
The company that I work for builds underhood air compressors for the 6.0. We offer a 70 and 150 CFM option. Yes, it's tight under the hood but we manage. I will admit though that these are not a cheap item. We target mainly tire service, utility other such trucks, not generally guys who just need some air for inflating a tire or doing small jobs. Our little compressor will run a 90lb jack hammer.

Another place I've found for smaller, inexpensive air compressors is www.extremeoutback.com I know very little about their products but I do know they supply a few different 12 volt compressors and a little v-belt driven one.
Hope this helps,
Dan
