Differences between 2bb and 4bbl in a V-8?

Guys, what differences are there between a 2bbl and a 4bbl carb in a V-8 as far as performance and fuel economy?, which would be best for a 351W? thanks...

It depends on what you want out of the engine. The HO engines all came with 4bbl carbs, usually about 600 cfm.
If you drive it normally, the 4bbl will do just as good on gas as a 4bbl.
