I've posted a couple of times and I've already gathered a wealth of information from these forums but I wanted to take a couple of moments to introduce myself. The link below will take you to a photo of the '02 F250 Lariat PSD 4x4 I bought about a month ago. I love this truck! I've already put a Snugtop tonneau cover on 'er as well as a K&N air filter. To entertain my son on those long trips I've had an Alpine 7 inch dropdown LCD screen and DVD player installed. Putting on the billet grill in about a month and looking ahead to exhaust after that. Of course my wife always asks, "When will it stop". Anyway, thanks for all the valuable knowledge on the Ford Super Duty. I look forward to much more.
BRING ON THE RIVER! http://photos.yahoo.com/denlingers@sbcglobal.net.
You can tell your wife that it will never stop. I am thinking about A 2005 in Oct and I am still putting stuff on mine. Its a sickness, the "I never leave anything alone sickness". Come on in and join the rest of us infected souls.
SM,
Welcome! Great looking truck, but couldn't tell if it's a 4-door or an extended cab?? Anyway, there's been more than a couple of threads on exhaust systems for the PSD's, so if you do a search, if should get some hits here on FTE.
PS - BTW, which "river"? In SoCal, we refer to to Colorado as "the river": ie, going to Lake Powell for a weekend of ..... (I'll stop there!)
Thanks for the posts. This truck truly is a joy to drive everyday. As far as the "river" DS59, you are correct. The Colorado and more specifically Laughlin, NV and Lake Mohave (Catherines Landing). Got several trips planned for the summer. Gonna take the family, some friends and the Chaparral 186 SSI sport boat over for some long weekends.
Now if I could just figure out a way to generate my own diesel to get away from the ridiculous prices we pay in California.
