paint prep tips
hey fellas, im preping my box for paint and was wondering if any of you paint and bodywork experts out there have any tips for me. welded in new wheel arches and sanded it up with a dual acton sander, emery cloth, and scotch bright pads. the seem around the weld is pretty good, im looking for adivice on preping the rest of the box for paint.

If you're gonna prime the whole side and resand, I would use 240 on your D/A and by hand to get the edges, prime it and block with 240 with a guide coat and then finish with 400 wet with a guide coat and depending on your bondo skills, it should come out real nice. Remember the paint will only look as nice and the prep work and the prep work will only be as good as the body work. Take your time.
