Arrow 351w power

I have an 1987 Bronco with a rebuit 351w and I'm trying to figure out what the stock hp and what it is after the rebuild. These are all the mods made to the the motor.
87 351w 60 over
rv cam
complete reman heads ( all new spings, valves, guides, 3 angle job)
edlebrock intake (3783)
edlebrock carb (1400)
hooker comp headers ( 6912)
dual cats 2 1/2 inch exhaust
Ford fact. dist, cap and rotor
MSD 6 ignition box
MSD baster coil
electric fuel pump
autolite plugs
taylor pro series 8mm wires
I still have to run the egr, smog, cats so it can pass emisions here in AZ other wise I would have went with a high rise intake bigger carb and gt40 alu heads. Is there any way to figure out the possible hp with the parts list Here's my email address if any of you have an answer.
Thanks

ps
pics of the motor and bronco will be posted in a few weeks.

next upgrades

6inch lift insted of the 4 already on.
35 or 36 in tires ( will be taking off the 33 at's) bfg muds or ground hawgs
new front radius arms
rear trac bars
full cage
possible soft top
4.56 gears with lim. slip or lockers. ( depending on cash flow)
I'm trying to make a bronco that can be a daily driver, toy hauler and also be a good reliable truck when hunting or camping with my family.

Its all sheer speculation untill you put in on the dyno. Or, you can buy "desk top dyno" and get a pretty good idea. I've been impressed with how close it can come when compared to real dyno runs.
