I am very intrested if anyone else has had this happen. Yes I am aware of the other threads on a stumble at 2200 rpms but it seems a little different. my rig is a 2003 6.0L tourqshift. It happens whenever I am towing and I am accelerating a little extra NOT WOT, just a little exrta. It sounds like some sort of flutter under the hood and it just falls on it face, so i get out of the throttle a little and it goes away. This is not temp. sensitive I can recreate it anytime. I dont want this post to turn into an argument. I have a lot of respect for you all out there and I am just looking for some thoughts you might have.

Thanks love this site
I don't know if it's the same problem or not but,my '03 did and after 6 trips to the dealer & numerous parts replaced & 3 flashes mine still does. Mine only happens on the interstate & do not have to be towing.Usually happens at around 70mph sometimes less. The truck starts bucking and jerking, shutting off and then coming back with a bang then shuts off all together but will restart. Ford is finally going to replace my truck with an '04 but it's been a long process. The dealer has replaced the ICP sensor, ICP regulator, right valve cover gasket, drained the oil because of fuel getting in the oil 3 times, the water separater, the fuel filters, 4 injectors in the left head, repaired chaffed wires, & it still is no better. I don't know if I helped or made your day worse, but my advice is to find a good dealer who will listen and who has a good 6.0 tech.. I still say my truck can be fixed if I were dealing with a good dealer. I deffinately would not recomend my dealer to anyone but I don't know if I can say their name on here. Don't know if it might upset Tim or someone else.
