rocker arms

does anyone make high lift rocker arms for fe's?if i remember right the stock ratio is about 1.76, so maybe a 1.8 or 1.85?

Stock is 1.73:1, Most aftermarket rockers are 1.76:1. I haven't seen any higher ratios. Even though Ford used a stock ratio of 1.73:1 doesn't mean that you can go much higher. This ratio already puts a lot of pressure on the valvetrain.

The stock non-adjustables are 1.73, the adjustable stock ones are 1.76. I dont really see where any higher ratio would help, it'd just stress your pushrods / cam more.
