What do you think?

I have been tossing around getting a new truck and I cannot get over the drop in value over a little time. So my search started for a few yr old vechicle and I looked at Hummer H1 94-96 are selling reasonable a 30 to 40K and I can afford that, if I sell Snow fighter. The H1's are 80 to 110 new and I do not think they will ever be worth less than 30k.
So what do you think of them?

why would you sell the ford? that truck is awesome! even though it is in great shape, do you really think that it's worth what will probably amount to a decent downpayment? the hummers are very badass, and i hope to own one someday. if the reason is financial, then u do what u need to, but if its anything else, keep the ford too

I agree with highboy. Keep the ford if you can. Just keep in mind those Chevy 6.5 diesels can be problematic. Then if something goes wrong, you still have a truck to drive. Yeah, I want a Hummer (H1), too. I think every guy does. Do you want truck, wagon, or sloped rear??

Wait till the gas prices go up a little more and you'll probably find some great deals out there.
